So this  Kale Pineapple Mint juice is just the perfect combination for that!

In your favorite blender/Juicer add:

3 slices of Cucumber

1/4 green apple

1 slice of pineapple

3 Kale Leaves

1 Handful Mint

1/2 Lemon (remove peel)

1 small slice of ginger.
